I got a question for you. Why are you using that hit trinket when you got 21% hit.. from what i've read the melee hitcap is set at 8%, so you can get a much better trinket instead of that one i asume (maybe the frost emblem one).

Also your 10 man raiding seems to be lacking a bit of xperience on this char.

Hello! Nice application! And I see that you got the red part covered as well. Then you got a big plus
As fre says, the soft hit cap for death knights is 8%, and the spell is 17% (14% with the talent) which means that above 14% it's useless. Don't bother to get items with higher gearscore if it makes you lose stats! Although hit is good for frost death knights, and above 8% is good indeed.
