You've said that you know tactics up to Sindragosa. But in the Guild rules it states that you must know the tactics for all bosses in Wrath of the Lich King not only in Icecrown Citadel.

How fast can you learn the tactics for ICC, RS and the rest (normal and heroic mode) ?

I will say probably fast, since now days we have youtube.com, wowhead.com etc etc. and when i am at the boss encounter's it's something else you know gonna practice the tacts alot, for RS, and icc Heroic.

i am willing to read tacts thoroughly, and everything about that boss encounter

I hope you are a quick learner katanah as we wish to have everyone familiar with ICC content and RS content to make quick work of it. I alway appreciate an application when someone has bothered to log off in the correct gear and spec, to add to that it seems you know how to gear your hunter, socketwise i see ur the armor penetration kind. Glyphs and talent build all good from my experience of hunters. I'm glad you have almost everything enchanted correctly, I would love to see some pve wrists however.
All in all not bad. Hope your application goes well, and if you dont have any trouble making money, get a profession more rewarding to end-game than mining

I'm also a bit fussy about why you shoose mining for a hunter.
I reckon you get better stats with skinning , leatherworking even alchemy etc etc.
Your gear seems to be no problem, even tough you got those toc bracers, all the rest is prety decent en well gemmed/enchanted.
